Another VF2!

Hi CHUMBA:

I just thought I should let you know my VF2 frame arrived last week, so thank you for that. My brother opened the box for me and was very jealous of my large Chumba sticker! He also owns a VF2 and is a very fast and skilled rider. He is helping me build my bike.

I have attached a photo from our local newspaper so you can see chumba being represented in Alice Springs, Australia by Ben Gooley (my brother) over the weekend at the Northern Territory MTB Titles. He is second from the left (wearing a chumba jersey) and in this race he led the pack around the first lap of the 9km XC course (approx 23mins!) then ended up coming third overall (and second in his class). I think they did 4 laps in total.

Anyway, just thought you might be interested.

VF2 Update from Matt

Dear CHUMBA:

My wife got a horse and I got a Chumba.  The Chumba is a much smoother ride and only eats dirt.

I've had the bike for a month now and love it.  I never thought I would ride a full suspension bike, but this bike rides fantastic and takes a lot of the beating my back used to take.
