While I can understand your frustration, there have been vast improvements made on customer service. We have uploaded most high demand items on store.chumbaracing.com with an online system that allows you to monitor the progress of the processing and shipping of your item. We are also taking any requests to upload items, and there have been many satisfied customers who have recently experienced using this system.
ReplyDeleteAlso, about the EVO links, this was limited to a very small number of frames, less than 20 frames, and it has been exaggerated beyond belief, along with the other so-called issues of cable routing, etc. And we've answered most of these questions on the blog. Anyone with
